I know how much time and energy you've put into building your business and my main goal is to help you get your story to your people and get the growth you deserve. I'm sure you've realized by now that I'm not your typical designer. I fuel story and intentional design into everything I do – and that's what makes my approach unique and different.

I like to break projects down into scheduled payment plans to make the investment a little easier for you. Your first payment is non-refundable and required to save your spot in my schedule. I do require the project to be paid off in full before completion and ownership transfer.

My services are non-refundable. This policy ensures that I am maintaining a profitable business and that I am able to offer high quality services to all my clients.

This will entirely depends on the scope of your project (also what is agreed in the contract) but typically my signature brand identity experience is ready for launch after 8-12 weeks.
However, please bear in mind that my calendar tends to get booked in advance so I recommend getting in touch as soon as possible to secure your start date.

During our project, we'll use Asana to keep all of our tasks, due dates, and conversations in one place. This is where we'll do most of our communicating so that we can avoid information getting lost in email threads or on social media.

I offer a one concept project. I go through an in depth process to make sure that what I am creating gets to the root of the problem and is solving it. I do however leave room for three revisions if needed.

If you're a new client, the services you see on the website are the only ways to get started with me. I only offer continued design services for existing clients.

We will get together to gain clarity and to align the design direction on the brand identity that connects with your audience. This will help to know what your business needs to focus on. We will work together to determine what's the best route to achieve your goal.

Creative Direction
With the creative direction board approved we will focus all our energy and attention to designing a brand that connects with your target audience. This will allow for a great opportunity to create a single concept for your brand.

Design File Hand Over
We will wrap things up with the final review of the project to then hand over files. Then celebrate your project launch!
Working Together
Here is outlined the process to the signature service for brand identity and what it would like like for us to work together. You are guided through a well thought out brand design creative process. Making sure you are taken care of the whole way through.

You will be sent an online questionnaire for you to fill out before our official start date. In this questionnaire, we'll be thinking about your business goals, your audience, and all the things that set your business apart from the rest.

You will be presented the strongest concept for the logo that highlights the main aspect of your business. This will help shorten the time span of the project. This also helps from being overwhelmed with too many options. I do my job to show you the very best option.
